ALS is indeed terrible and a lot of people choose medically assisted passing to the more advanced stages of this prison. Everyone should be afforded the opportunity to pass with dignity. Rest easy Mr. Salming!

Apparently the doctors told Borje and his family that he had no more than three weeks left upon his return home from Toronto. His brother Stieg received an urgent phone call just one week later that he needed to get out to the family home to say goodbye.

Four months from diagnosis to death. Jesus Christ.

And to compound the tragedy, his mother is still alive. 95 years old.

Whoever designed this patch should get a huge raise.
