Post subject:  The Official Weekly Hockey Card Thread
Yeah I know this place is on the outs but I said I'd do something for the year and this is it. I will include Cards that I own....Sorry my Ray Bourque RC was sold by a family member.


This weeks card is a 1990 ProSet...yeah remember them...Claude Lemieux....

I picked this card because I think he looks exactly like Maslak in this one.

Even in 1990 they were saying his career was on the decline! :D

I have almost that whole set, including the 2nd volume or whatever they called it, in my storage locker downstairs.

I'll grab some cards and humour ya ;)

What? No discussion on how young he looks or how he looks like Maslak? Not even the funny comments of decline on the back of the card? oh well whatever.......wait till I post this dumb ass Tucker card I have.

Oh weird, Buckingham is just outside of Ottawa... I wonder if he grew up around here. I always just assumed that Claude Lemieux was from, y'know, "real" Quebec. :lol:

Jocelyn Lemieux was born in Mont-Laurier -- also Western Quebec, but definitely much farther from federal(ist) territory. All very interesting.

is till have an unopened box of Pro set from 1992. the whole collection of Opee-Chee from 89-93 or something.
